Basic Policy

In accordance with our basic philosophy, we will strive to fulfill our fiduciary responsibility as a fund management company that provides sustainable corporate management to our stakeholders in Japan and overseas by utilizing diverse human resources and providing them with opportunities to maximize their abilities.

1.Top management will commit itself to a medium- to long-term, ongoing diversity policy.

2.The Sustainability Committee, which is directly linked to the top management, is responsible for the establishment of the D&I Working group.

3.We will proactively communicate our diversity initiatives through our dialogue with domestic and overseas stakeholders to promote corporate management reform.

4. We will establish a personnel system that enables employees to play an active role regardless of their attributes, and we will work to ensure that each employee can act autonomously.
